Job Responsibilities
1. Receive customer inquiries, understand their needs, and achieve sales;
2. Responsible for keeping sales records, conducting inventory checks, verifying accounts, and completing various sales statistics in accordance with regulations;
3. Complete daily business tasks such as incoming inspection, shelving and display of goods, replenishment, returns, and loss prevention;
4. Carry out daily verification, registration, and shift handover of goods;
5. Other tasks assigned by the leader. -
Knowledge and Skills
1. More than 1 year of sales experience in retail pharmacies, with experience in ginseng mushroom sales and maintenance preferred.
2. Having a junior (intermediate) pharmacist or above professional title is preferred.
3. Familiar with the medical insurance policies and regulations of Hangzhou city.
4. Strong self drive, enthusiastic about sales work, good service awareness, and strong communication and expression skills.
5. Having good character, diligent and meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, and a sense of ownership.
6. Has strong professional dedication, enthusiasm, rigorous work, strong execution ability, certain ability to withstand pressure and strong adaptability.
7. Proficient in operating computers.
