  • Job Highlights

  • Job Responsibilities

    1.Support and participate in the management of SFC Type 9 regulated activities in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements;
    2.Assist in the establishment, operation and administration of private equity funds, venture capital funds and other investment vehicles;
    3.Conduct investment research, due diligence, financial analysis, valuation assessments and financial modelling for potential investment opportunities;
    4.Prepare investment memoranda, fund marketing materials, financial projections and investor presentations;
    5.Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals and strategic partners;
    6.Support cross-border fundraising activities and investor relations initiatives in Hong Kong, Mainland China and international markets;
    7.Monitor portfolio performance, operational risks and compliance matters;
    8.Liaise with regulators, professional advisers, fund administrators, auditors and other external service providers as required.
  • Requirements

    1.Master's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or other relevant disciplines from a recognized university;
    2.Minimum 8 years of experience in asset management, private equity, investment banking, corporate finance or related financial services sectors;
    3.Demonstrated experience in building complex financial models, valuation models, investment analyses and financial forecasts;
    4.Strong understanding of private equity, venture capital, fund structures, capital raising and investment management;
    5.Extensive business network and relationship base in Mainland China, including corporate executives, entrepreneurs, family offices, institutional investors and professional intermediaries;
    6.Established network with investors, financial institutions, family offices or strategic partners in the United States would be highly desirable;
    7.Strong analytical, quantitative and presentation skills;
    8.Fluent in English, Mandarin and Chinese, both written and spoken;
    9.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment;
    10.Holder of SFC Type 9 licence or eligible to be licensed under the Securities and Futures Ordinance would be an advantage.
  • Preferred Qualifications

    1.Experience in cross-border fundraising and international capital markets;
    2.Experience in healthcare, technology, artificial intelligence, emerging technology or special situations investments;
    3.Familiarity with Hong Kong regulatory requirements and fund management operations;
    4.CFA, CPA, FRM or other professional qualifications would be an advantage.
