1. Coordinate the overall business operation of the store, undertake performance and gross profit indicators, develop marketing and drainage plans, and review and optimize business strategies;

2. Responsible for compliance with GSP, medical insurance, drug quality, and diagnosis and treatment services, implementing prescription and expiration date management, and avoiding business risks;

3. Coordinate store processes, personnel scheduling, and inventory cost control to ensure efficient and standardized operation of stores;

4. Responsible for team training and assessment, member system maintenance, customer complaint handling, improving service quality and repurchase rate;

5. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.

1. More than 2 years of experience in managing pharmacies or traditional Chinese medicine clinics;

2. Familiar with the compliance requirements of pharmacies and traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment, holding relevant professional qualifications is preferred;

3. Have good communication, sales, and team building management skills.
