Job Responsibilities
Capital Raising & Fund Distribution
1.Lead fundraising activities for private equity, healthcare, commodity trading, special situations and alternative investment funds;
2.Source and develop relationships with institutional investors, family offices, private banks, external asset managers and ultra-high-net-worth individuals;
3.Identify and secure potential Limited Partners (LPs) for the Group's investment platforms;
4.Develop and execute fundraising strategies across Greater China, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America;
5.Drive capital introduction initiatives and expand the Group's investor network globally.Investor Relations
1.Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective investors;
2.Organize investor meetings, roadshows, webinars and fundraising events;
3.Prepare investor presentations, fund teasers, private placement memoranda and marketing materials.
Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
1.Develop strategic relationships with banks, securities firms, family offices, wealth management platforms and institutional distribution channels;
2.Identify opportunities for co-investments, joint ventures and strategic alliances;
3.Expand the Group's fundraising capabilities and international market presence.
Market Intelligence
1.Monitor capital market trends, investor sentiment and fundraising opportunities;
2.Provide management with market intelligence and strategic recommendations regarding fundraising and investor engagement. -
Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines;
2.Proven track record in raising capital from institutional investors, family offices, private banks or ultra-high-net-worth individuals;
3.Strong network within Mainland China, including family offices, entrepreneurs, corporate groups and institutional investors;
4.Established relationships with investors in the United States, Middle East, Singapore or other international markets would be highly desirable;
5.Fluent in English, Mandarin and Chinese. -
Preferred Qualifications
1.Experience in private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, asset management or investment banking;
2.Familiarity with Hong Kong SFC regulations relating to professional investors and fundraising activities;
3.Experience in healthcare, artificial intelligence, technology, commodity trading or special situations investments;
4.Existing LP relationships capable of contributing to fundraising activities.
